Atif Aslam & Sara Bharwana Mehndi Event

A renowned and heartthrob singer of Pakistan has recently tied the knot with gorgeous Sara Bharwana. Mehndi ceremony was celebrated at a club in Lahore.

The long awaited Mehndi event of the finest pop star Atif Aslam was attended by well-known public figures of Television and Fashion industry. The whole occasion was mesmerizing with red and yellow embellishments and décor. It was rejoiced at best by family, friends and Atif Aslam himself.

Atif was dressed in striking colors of purple kurta matched with off-white churidar pajamas and traditional footwear, khussa. Yellow color turban around his head intensified his charisma and persona. Sara Bharwana looked amazing in fresh peach and purple contrast of Gajra Bridal from Karma Red.

Inside sources said that, couple has known each other more than seven years. More than 2 years ago the news floated on social media that Atif Aslam is engaged to Sara Bharwana, but continually denied as a rumor by Mr. Aslam’s Management. Nevertheless, the day has arrived to publicize the news, as Atif declared the news on the official facebook page.

Mehndi also known as henna is used for temporary form of skin adornment, its sensational aroma and attractive color fills your mind with pleasure and happiness. Mehndi is conventionally drawn in elegant, elaborate, delicate designs on the hands and feet of women, typically for any celebration or festive event especially for huge revels like weddings.

                                     

It is also a prominent aspect of many special occasions other then weddings like Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha in Muslim countries and also in Hindu festivals like Karva Chauth, Diwali, Bhaidooj and Teej. This is also popular in the Gulf States. Africa, Somalia and many other related cultural regions. 

Lawsonia Inermis leaves are dehydrated and crushed to form henna. 

Then transformed to thick paste by mixing water. In early era the Henna paste was used to treat diseases related to the blood circulation and different pains. 
At present, Henna has got a completely different usage and significance.

Nowadays, Henna is used for beautifying hands, legs and dyeing of hairs all across the world and mostly in Indian Subcontinent. Plastic or paper cones are used for beautifying hands and feet. Mehndi/Henna has been adopted by Euro-American society in form of exotic creations of body art/henna tattoos at carnivals, festivals and fun fairs.

In Eastern wedding mehndi is an essential and most charmed custom. 

The ‘Mehndi Ceremony’ or more specifically “Mehndi ki raat” is one of the most thrilled and splendid pre-wedding events. 

To make this event more vibrant, bride’s maids and relative girls wear dazzling dresses in yellow, green and hot pink colours. 

The Mehndi ceremony is usually organized in two separate events or one grand event by the families of bride and groom. 
                         


Mother in law and senior married women of family applies mehndi to bride’s and groom’s palm casually covered by a leaf of currency note. Later on a professional mehndi artist creates glorious mehndi designs on palms, arms, feet and legs of the bride-to-be.

Some well-liked philosophy is that the darker the mehndi design, the more brides’ in-laws and precisely, 
the husband, will love her and a darker design signifies the power of love, devotion, dedication in the marriage. 

It is also a fun tradition that if an unmarried girl gets a slap from bride-to-be; she will get a suitable match soon.

 

In general mehndi event in a wedding and mehndi application in particular is a symbol of cheerfulness, joyousness and delight.Family members and friends rock the dance floor and spice up the event with music and songs on dholak.

Juggan Kazim - Pakistani-Canadian actress, anchor ,model ,producer and nymph of Pakistan showbiz; got married with middle-aged Pakistani political journalist and lawyer, Mr. Feisal H. Naqvi on 27 June 2013.Juggan Kazim has starred in many Pakistani and Canadian films .She had remained MTV model for year 2008. She is brand ambassador of ‘Garnier Frutis’ Pakistan.


It is her second marriage. Juggun's first espousal with Adnan was  turned down soon after a year. She took separation from her husband when her son, Hamza was only two month old. Feisal also has three three daughters from his first marriage . Juggun’s after about ten years made her mind again to get settled with Feisal.

They celebrate their night with music, dancing & singing . Juggan also performed dance on her Mehndi and enjoy her night with friends and family.
